Varietal: Red Catuai Peaberry.
Process: Natural Fermented.
Cupping Notes : Rum, Sherbet and Dark Caramel.
HOW?.
This is our all-round classic filter coffee, suitable for filter machines and Cafetières.
Good both black and with milk!.
Our favourite cafetiére recipe:.
40g medium coarse ground coffee.
600ml 92-96 degree filter water.
Brew for 3-4 mins, stir before plunging!.
